Ordering

All Wedding and Celebration cakes require planning. I prefer as much notice as possible, although late bookings can sometimes be accommodated.

 We offer a free taster and design consultation (by appointment), so that you can be sure that your cake will taste as good as it looks.

To secure your cake and date I ask for a  non-refundable  deposit of  £100 for wedding cakes, and a 50% deposit on all other orders. This is deducted from the final balance of your cake.
The remainder of your balance is due 1 month prior to the event. If you are unsure of your final designs or colour scheme don’t panic as I can always fit in another consultation at a later stage.
 

Delivery and Set up

If you would like your cake delivered and set up to ensure peace of mind and a safe arrival, this can easily be arranged.

I charge a fixed set up fee of  £25  to come to your venue on the day of your wedding.

A small delivery charge of 75p/mile will be charged for the return journey on all deliveries more than 10 miles from GL12 8DL.

Sunday deliveries will be subject to a £50 surcharge and bank holidays, a £100 surcharge.

 Various cake/cupcake stands are available to hire from  £15.00. 

A  £50  security deposit is required for hire.

Stands must be returned no later than 1 week from the hire date or the deposit will be surrendered.

Any breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Collection

​

If you wish to pick up your cake, I will carefully box it up for you, and will include full instructions on how to assemble it.

Some cakes over 3 tiers, or with delicate sugar work may not be suitable for collection. 

Once the cake has left my premises, I cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur! 

A signature will be required to confirm that you have collected the cake in perfect condition and as specified.
