All of our cakes are baked to order.  4 layers of moist sponge,  are filled with 3 layers of flavoured buttercream,

syrup, jams or curds so each bite tastes amazing.

Below are some of our popular flavour combinations.

As our service is bespoke, if you have a favourite that you can't see just ask and we will do our best to create it for you.

Victoria Sponge

Moist vanilla sponge layered with raspberry conserve and madagascan vanilla buttercream

Vanilla & Raspberry Sponge

Moist vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries, layered with raspberry conserve and madagascan vanilla buttercream

Lemon Sponge

Luscious Lemon zest sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup, lemon curd and madagascan vanilla buttercream

Lemon & Blueberry Sponge

Luscious Lemon zest sponge with fresh blueberries, infused with lemon sugar syrup,

lemon curd and madagascan vanilla buttercream

 

Chocolate Sponge

 

Moist chocolate sponge with salted caramel and madagascan vanilla buttercream or chocolate ganache

Rich Belgium Chocolate Fudge Cake

Chocolate fudge cake layered with either dark, milk or white chocolate ganache

Carrot & Walnut Cake

Moist cake, packed with carrots, fruit, spices and chopped walnuts. Layered with orange zest buttercream

Coffee & Walnut Cake

Coffee sponge layered with coffee infused buttercream

Cherry Bakewell Cake

Almond sponge layered with cherry preserve and madagascan vanilla buttercream

Traditional Dark Fruit Cake

Rich fruit cake packed full of fruit, cherries & citrus peel. Matured with brandy for 8 weeks

(please note that fruit cakes needs to be ordered 12 weeks in advance)

All our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, soya and alcohol are present and therefore

we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
